March 30th – April 1st at the Sheraton Monarch Place Hotel in Springfield, Massachusetts

The theme for our conference this year is:

“70 Years of Service – Above and Beyond”

Conference registration must be by mail only.

*Mail your registration BEFORE March 2nd. Checks and properly signed registration forms must be received by March 2nd to get the early registration fee. After this date, the full registration fee must be paid and the banquet may be sold out. Banquet special seating requests will not be available after March 2nd.

Hotel registration must be by phone only.

*Senior attendees must make their own room reservations by phone with the Hotel: (413)

*Cadet reservations should be made by a Parent or Responsible Senior Member.

*Room rates, preferences, and reservation deadlines are detailed on the hotel reservation form. Room rates and availability are guaranteed only through March 2nd. We urge you to make reservations as early as possible.

Conference schedule in a nutshell.

*The General Assembly will start at 0900 Saturday. Seminars begin at 1300. Cash bar social at 1815. Banquet at 1900. Cadet social will follow the banquet.

*Commander’s Call will be Sunday at 0900.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Squadron Commanders or a responsible senior must bring copies of the Authorization for Consent for all cadets attending the conference.
